Perhaps you’ve already heard that the 1730 session on Friday is our “guinea pig” workout. Of course, guinea pigs are not from guinea, nor are they pigs, nor do they train with intensity. But that’s beside the point. For this Friday’s sessions, all classes will be “guinea pig” classes. As a result, the agenda may change slightly through the day based on the performance of each session. Get ready. This will be fun.
