Zone 5 Physical Therapy

Mandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomechanics from Boise State University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah.

With over 15 years of experience, she is dedicated to providing individualized care that addresses the root causes of pain and injury.

As a board-certified orthopedic specialist and Dry Needling Certified therapist, Mandy integrates biomechanics into her evaluations and treatments to ensure patients receive the most effective care.

She works with a diverse range of patients, from recreational runners to Olympic athletes, and is skilled in Return to Sport Testing to ensure a safe return to activity.

Outside of the clinic, Mandy enjoys snowboarding and mountain biking.

After ACL surgery and initial PT, I was having trouble returning to my regular physical activity.

Working with Mandy has been instrumental in getting me back to hiking, backpacking, running and skiing without pain.

She quickly identified my weak spots and gave me concrete steps to improve strength and flexibility.

She’s thorough, knowledgeable and straightforward. I highly recommend Mandy to anyone working through injury or pain. (Laura P.. skier and trail runner)

I have been a client of Mandy’s at Zone 5 Physical Therapy for almost a decade.

She is concerned about my well-being and adjusts treatment plan to create long-term solutions.

No matter if it’s my neck, back or knees Mandy always offers in depth assessments, with multiple treatment options, creating incredible patient care.

Thanks to her I’ve been able to continue to do the outdoor activities I love that would otherwise leave me bedridden. (Jaren L., mountain bike and enduro moto racer)

Mandy is truly amazing. I had a tweek in my shoulder that was limiting my pilates and killing my bowling game. She narrowed down the problem in the 1st visit.

Between some exercises and a few visits, I was back to normal. I can’t recommend her enough for her Knowledge, Experience and Intuition with the body. (Kimm L., skier and golfer)

I have been working with Mandy for years. I started working with Mandy for my own injuries then quickly started referring her to so many of my clients.

Mandy has helped my clients with everything from neck and shoulder pain, to plantar fasciitis.

Mandy’s expertise and ability to diagnose and treat is amazing. (Jen B., Pilates Instructor)

Mandy is the best! She’s helped me recover from a broken leg, multiple shoulder injuries, back problems etc.

What separates her from other PT’s I’ve worked with is that she also bikes and snowboards, so she isn’t just trying to going through the motions to check a box, she’s trying to get you back to doing your sports at a high level. (Erik H. Scott mountain bike ambassador)
