Learn 16 restorative yoga poses while holding acupressure points to induce a sense of relaxation, reduce pain, and improve sleep.

Both acupressure and yoga can release physical and emotional trauma and improve function from prior injuries.

Combining these two modalities allows for synergistic effects of healing.

You will learn acupressure technique and then guided through restorative yoga poses while holding acupressure points and finish with meditation.
