WFA Late March Updates

LAST UPDATES 18MAR2020

GROUP CLASSES

Group training classes at WFA are on hold, until at least March 29. On or before that date, a decision will be made regarding group classes for the week of March 30th.

WORKOUTS AT LIBERTY PARK

We will run workouts at Liberty Park on the following schedule:

  • Mondays at 6pm
  • Wednesdays at 10am
  • Saturdays at 9am

We’ll meet on the east edge of the Tracy Aviary parking lot. We’ll work with kettlebells, run some sprints, and enjoy each other’s company, from a safe distance.

AT-HOME WORKOUTS

We’ve got bodyweight-only workouts to keep you moving forward. There are 6 of them, ready to go. DO THEM IN ORDER! Email Michael with any questions.

Women’s Lift and Move Workouts are coming soon.

We’re recording several 3M workouts for you…

PRIVATE COACHING

In-person private coaching sessions are continuing, as agreed upon between coach and client. Please be in touch with your coach regarding concerns or cancellations.

Private coaching sessions are available if you want to get in for 1:1; email Michael for information.

Will is ramping up his nutrition coaching work – again, email Michael for details.

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS

It’s important, more than ever, to remain connected with our friends, our communities, and to have a chance to vent about whatever is going on. So let’s make use of Zoom for some community connections…

On Tuesday evenings at 6pm via Zoom, Michael will facilitate a short training (mindset/nutrition/ideas, not a workout) and then open the floor to discussions, questions, or general conversation. Join using this link: https://zoom.us/j/998350524
