You’ll be exposed to the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and some applications ofr self-defense.
We’ll explore basic take downs (from standing), gaining control over someone’s torso, and ending the battle with a submission.
What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes; shorts or leggings work best. We’ll be barefoot, and in close contact with other people, so plan accordingly.
