Kiera Lucich is a movement coach and teacher with a life goal of helping people explore everything that lives outside of their habitual movements and patterns. With a background in modern dance, yoga, and functional neurology, Kiera’s classes are full of natural human movement, brain-based rehabilitative patterns, and vision and inner ear corrective exercises. Kiera believes that a well-attuned nervous system paves the way for joy, self-study, and a strengthened will. Expect to explore movement, mobility, and meditation.
Kiera primarily leads EXPLORE.
Michael is the Founder and Head Coach of Wasatch Fitness Academy, and has been teaching yoga and other movement practices for over a decade. His practice draws from a deep appreciation of human anatomy and individual variations, years of experience as a student and a coach of strength and conditioning, and a deep and personal exploration of trauma and the nervous system. His practice brings a balance of yang and yin – with energetic Vinyasa blended with intentional time spent in joint mobilizing shapes.
Michael primarily leads STRONG & EXPLORE.
