Michael is the Founder and Head Coach of Wasatch Fitness Academy, and has been teaching yoga and other movement practices for over a decade. His practice draws from a deep appreciation of human anatomy and individual variations, years of experience as a student and a coach of strength and conditioning, and a deep and personal exploration of trauma and the nervous system. His practice brings a balance of yang and yin – with energetic Vinyasa blended with intentional time spent in joint mobilizing shapes.
